design
Workplace learning is about solving problems and achieving more. Whether it’s reducing support calls, increasing customer satisfaction or boosting sales, workplace learning is about measurable results.
Engaging activities and crisp visuals awaken the mind, but unless the underlying design fits the learner, content and environment, it’s just a fun and pretty adventure. The real beauty is in the outcomes: An employee becomes more efficient and works smarter, masters new skills or applies concepts in powerful ways. A customer understands and uses your product better. Great instructional design is not about how cool or sleek the learning materials are — it’s about how effective they are — and where the learner goes with them.
WLS’s mission is to lead and create efficient and inspired learning that transforms individuals and organizations in measurable and meaningful ways.
