How to teach things the most efficient and effective way has always been my favorite puzzle. The hexagons in my logo represent this to me, as hexagons are the ideal way of stacking & storing. Hexagons are how bees store honey using the least amount of wax.

I started Wecksell Learning Studio five years ago with a unique approach developed over a 25-year career in workplace learning. My methods are drawn from a foundational education in instructional design, talent development and engineering.

This unique combination of disciplines allows me to break down complex topics into digestible pieces that build on each other to create organized, logical learning (“chunking”). My training in evidence-based instructional design methods promote learner retention. My solutions use technology thoughtfully to overcome obstacles and foster human connection, community and professional development.
